12 hr Relay

For the second year in a row, Conquer the Canuck will be offering the 12 hour race as a team relay. Don’t worry, if you want, you can also sign up individually for the 12 hour!

There will be a lot of decisions to make as a team. Who runs first? Who runs last? How many laps in a row are members running? How often do we switch off? How many members on the team? These decisions are important, because you will be competing against other teams making the same decisions. Who can run the furthest distance in the span of 12 hours.

Each relay team can have a maximum of 4 team members, but has to have a minimum of 2. When someone runs a loop for the team, they count as one of the team members.

Only one team member can run at the same time. Switch off will be at the start/finish area, where the next team member takes over, or the same runner can go out for another loop. Which order team members run in, is up to the team.

The Conquer the Canuck volunteers love to keep an eye on the team list. Teams have been coming up with some amazing names and we love to see them!

How to sign up? Easy! One person signs up the team and pays the fee in full. This person will receive a code in their email for the other team members to sign up for the team without having to pay as well.

Choose wisely and we will see you and your team on the trails in 2025!
